WebWe report a case of degenerative L4-L5 spondylolisthesis in a 32-year-old female who had undergone thoracic (lower level T12) fusion as a teenager. All other levels in the lumbar spine were normal on magnetic resonance imaging. Subsequent fusion of L4-L5 led to improvement in function and alleviation of pain for more than 4 years. WebThere is loss of disc signal at L5-S1 suggesting disc desiccation. Significant disc space height loss is not appreciated. No focal disc herniation is identified. Lumbar facet joint degeneration is noted, greatest at L4-5 and L5-S1. The conus terminates normally at T12. L4-5: No spinal canal stenosis is noted.
