Web27 feb. 2014 · Some trucks with all the bells and whistles won't pull as much as a basic model, you just have to ask yourself do I need it. Because we want to be comfortable we chose the bells and whistle, also makes for better resale most of the time. After getting use to the dually we really like it, it feels very stable and honestly fun to drive. Web13 nov. 2016 · That said, a dual-wheeled truck is not much of a dual-purpose vehicle, while the Suburban (or Avalanche, or similar vehicle), can be used on a more regular basis and kept in a regular sized garage. So, unless you're okay with spending a lot of money for a single-purpose vehicle, I would recommend the Suburban/Avalanche and drive accordingly.

Web3 aug. 2024 · Personally I would recomend going 4 inch exhaust over straightpiping your 3 inch, it will breath much better. 3gsk is a governor spring kit for your fuel pump that allows it to pump full fuel to around 3000 rpms, stock they start laying down around 2500 rpms I believe, believe me its a world of differance. South bend makes very good clutches.

Just think it's funny that some guys think it's a huge difference when towing a 3500 lb boat or whatever. :flipoff2: Maybe not in that instance, but when you have a big slide - in camper in the bed it sure is more stable in crosswinds.
